You can book your tickets for Frozen in three easy ways.
The only official places to buy tickets for Frozen the Musical are this website, the Disney and the LW Theatres website.
If you cannot use your tickets, please visit this FAQ page for options available to you around exchanging or reselling your tickets. Please note that the only official place you can re-sell them is Twickets.
It is important that as a consumer you know that it is against our terms and conditions for tickets to be sold on any other website, and that tickets sold or purchased on another website may not give you admission into the theatre.
All guests who booked tickets before performances were rescheduled have been sent a new confirmation email, with details of their new booking. For more information on rescheduled performances, please visit this FAQ page.
